Downtown, the Galleria Shopping and Business District, the City Center and the high paying jobs of the
famous Houston Energy Corridor. There are other phenomenal school districts in the area, however,
most come with a drive that is longer than Spring Branch offers. As mentioned earlier, Spring Branch is
area. The area also offers alternative affordable living like townhomes, garden homes and mid rises.
So, the Spring Branch and Memorial area is a market with a real future. Remember school districts drive
