3)  The 39 Guarantee Program - This is a specialized program.  If you  select this program we commit to sell your home in 39 days or we will sell it for free.

4)  The Truth Program - Can you handle the truth.  An appraiser, and inspector and a stager visit your home in advance to make sure your home is ready to receive the highest price possible when the home hits the market.
